Dominion Energy Virginia's Non-Residential Lighting Systems & Controls Program provides qualified customers with rebate incentives for upgrading existing lighting or installing new energy efficient lighting systems, including lighting controls like occupancy sensors. Please note that not all participating contractors offer an instant rebate. Please refer to the following guidelines when searching for a contractor who offers this promotion:

Participating Contractors (P): These contractors have met requirements for insurance, safety, licensing and must be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They must also maintain a satisfactory Quality Assurance (QA) Pass Rate.

Mail-in Premier Contractors (MIP): These contractors have met all requirements for Participating Contractors, maintain a 98% QA Pass Rate and may also have special offers for program participants.

Instant Rebate Premier Contractors (IRP): These contractors have met all the requirements for Mail-In Premier Contractors, and can apply your rebate instantly to the cost of the service.
